- 1 Live Virtual Workout Class per Week: Join live, interactive workout sessions with me, where you will get personalized guidance. Each class is recorded, so you can rewatch them as many times as you’d like.
- 3 PERSONALIZED Workouts per Week with video demos of every exercise: Receive structured, easy-to-follow workouts each week, adaptable for both home and gym settings. These workouts require only dumbbells and a resistance band.
- Weekly Virtual Check-In Calls: Stay focused and motivated with weekly check-ins focused on mindset coaching, accountability, and personal motivation. I will help you stay on track, review your progress, and set goals for the upcoming week.
- High Protein Meal Plan: Get a high-protein meal plan to fuel your body and support your fitness goals, with easy-to-follow meals that promote energy, muscle growth, and healthy habits.
- Access to a private app to conveniently track your workouts and progress. You will also have access to a direct messaging platform so we can keep in touch about how you are progressing, and so I can be there for you if you have any questions or need extra guidance.
